Navantara AI Learning Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors with a majority of non-executive, independent members. The Board meets quarterly to review programmatic progress, financial health, and strategic direction.
Our accounts are audited annually by a Chartered Accountant firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). We adhere strictly to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and all applicable NGO governance norms in India.
We commit to: publishing annual audited financials within 6 months of year-end; maintaining a program-to-admin spend ratio of at least 88:12; providing donors with 80G certificates within 7 working days; and responding to all public queries within 5 working days.

She is the creator of AurraBot, a humanoid AI-powered receptionist for corporate offices and hospitals, and EDUBOT, an intelligent educational assistant designed to transform K–12 learning environments.
